After you login to your WordPress back end and have chosen the page you want to edit, click on the line where you want to insert the image, from the editor, then click the “add media button” on the top of the text editor.

Step 2: Browse and upload

Click on “Browse” then “Upload” to select and upload an image from your computer.

Then write a caption for your image.

Choose a size and alignment. You can also add a link.

Then click on “Insert into Post”. Then save your changes by clicking “Update Page” on the right side bar.

Inserting an already uploaded image

To reuse an image you already uploaded first click on the area you want to insert the image,  in the editor, then click the “add media button” then select the “Media Library Tab” find the image you want to reuse then click on “Show” then “Insert into Post“.

Use the provided user name and password to login to your website back end.

After you’ve logged in, return to your to your web site home page, then browse to the page you want to edit.

Step 2: Using the online editor to edit a page

After choosing your desired page on your website, you will notice a link on the page that says “Edit” at the bottom of your page content.

Click the “Edit” link. This will take you to the back end of the website, with the desired page content loaded into the editor.

Step 3: Save your changes

After you make your edits click on the “Update Page” button, on the top right. Then after the page is saved click on “Preview Changes” on the top right, under publish.
