Our Leads Management Software is a User-Friendly Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, that helps you manage and track the leads accrued from your website contact forms or from your Advertising Campaign Landing Pages.
It works in 6 easy steps:
1- Leads accrued from your contact form
If you have a contact form in your website or landing page, and a user submits the form, the information is immediately stored and submitted to the Leads Management System ( a notification email can also be sent to you).
The fields on your contact form can be customized to include more fields or special purpose fields.

2-Storing and Sorting data

If you have more than one contact form you can sort the data in the leads manager by source or category (can be a product or service)
For instance, if you have two products you can view all the clients that converted from product 1 contact form or landing page, as well as view all the contacts you have in your conversions database, so you know that those are the clients who showed interest in XYZ product.
3- View the leads you’ve received

After choosing a category (can be a product or service), the Leads Manager back end will show you the number of entries you’ve received from the contact form of the selected product, you will have the ability to sort them by a certain field (we can customize the fields as per your needs).
You can click on any of the small arrows you have on the right hand side, the tab will then expand to show you all the details of that particular client.

4- leads options
The Leads Management Software gives you a set of options that you can use to manage your clients information like:
Adding a Note To Client Profile

This option will allow you to add a note and save it under the client’s profile. For example, if you or one of your employees called that client and you are waiting him to send you a check, you can write this note, thus keeping track of the clients transactions.
Edit Client Information

With this option you can view and change the client’s pre-entered information or even add new information, for example, you will be able to add the missing information, even after the form is submitted by the client.
Delete Profile
With this option you can delete an entire profile from the system. A delete confirmation will pop-up before the account is deleted.
Email single client

With this option, you are able to email a particular client, using a full featured email composer that allows you to add/send rich text messages.
5-Bulk emails

You can email all the leads in a certain category or all the leads you have in your database. All you have to do is select the category (or all categories) from the control panel, then click on the email icon on the top right.
You will be taken to a page with the email composer and all the emails in your leads database.
6- Add profile with no landing page

You can add a profile to your database without using the contact form on your site, just click the icon on the top right.
